  • If there is a proven error or fault on our part that prevents service delivery

  • If the service request is canceled by the client within 24 hours of payment and before work begins


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Once the service work has already started or partially completed

  • If delay or rejection occurs due to incorrect information provided by the client

  • If the request is canceled after the government or third-party agency process has been initiated


4. Refund Method & Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed via the same method of original payment (e.g., cash or bank transfer).
Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
